Acceptance
By accessing cognitisec.digital or requesting a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.
Services described
Pages describe hardware wallet activity logging, custody review, and related private appointments. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement arises only when CognitiSec confirms scope and fees in writing after your enquiry.
No custody of assets
CognitiSec does not take possession of cryptocurrency, does not act as a custodian or exchange, and does not guarantee investment outcomes. You remain solely responsible for your devices, recovery materials, and decisions.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to CognitiSec. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful content. Do not use our contact channels to solicit unrelated marketing.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CognitiSec is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or from actions you take with your wallets after a session. Our liability for a confirmed paid engagement is limited to fees you paid for that engagement, except where Korean law prohibits such limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related services, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
