Over one afternoon we rebuilt activity logs device by device, then compared against bank wires that funded exchange buys years earlier. Two small outbound transfers had never been written down; both were test amounts. The custody packet listed firmware versions and confirmed passphrase wallets without recording the phrases. The client left with paper only—and booked a lighter logging session for the following June.
